Enjoy your coffee in the shade, a drink in the sun, fire up the propane pit at night and turn on the string lights for a magical garden experience. The Proximity: In the very center of downtown and uptown and just minutes drive to Vilano Beach and US Highway 1 which takes you to all parts of St. Augustine quickly for shopping, eating and seeing other areas of the city! The Space: The home itself sleeps 14 comfortably in 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds and 1 Full bed. The kitchen is equipped to service 14 people and do some awesome cooking together for a great night in! The propane grill is available to turn up the heat. The TV's are all Smart TV 's and have Youtube TV (better than cable), so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or Hbo account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Events: Small (micro-events, under 20 people) are allowed year round with event fee. Space is allowed 4 large events per year (over 20 people). You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach about 15 minutes away to park and walk on.
